2. Last Bottom Paint: 2022 Winter.

4. Sail Drives Serviced: March 2022.
5. Rigging Inspected: Running rigging replaced this year.

Generator:

1. Honda 2k Generator which can be used to augment power.

Notable Upgrades:

1. New 200 feet of chain, Mantus anchor swivel, Mantus bridle, and Mantus G43 stainless steel anchor.
2. New Mainsail and Genoa - Ullman Sails Endurance series.
3. All new running rigging.

Victron Power System:

1. Brand new 1320 Amp Hours of Victron Lithium batteries.
2. 2 Victron 3000 Watt inverter chargers.
3. 2 Victron isolation transformers.
4. 2 Victron MPPT for solar.

Air Conditioning:

1. Mabru 7000 BTU Air Conditioner installed in the owner's suite. Runs on just the batteries for quiet cool nights!.
2. 1000 Watts of solar installed. New panels purchased which have the same form factor as the existing panels. Installing these will bring the total solar capacity to 1600 watts.

6. 17-inch 3-blade Auto Props installed. Produced an extra 1.5 knots of speed at 2400 rpm compared to the fixed 2-blade props previously installed.

2. Original propane stove/oven - the boat is still plumbed for propane if the new owner prefers that.
