Description

Leopard 38 (also branded as the Sunsail 384)

Designed by Morrelli & Melvin, who have designed some of the fastest multihulls to glide across an ocean, the Leopard 38 was introduced after Leopard began their sailing catamaran line-up with a 45-foot catamaran in 1997, followed by the Leopard 38 in 1998. A total of 124 hulls were built.

No stranger to design awards, M&M’s Leopard 38 designs won the Cruising World 2010 Boat of the Year in two categories:

  1. Best Multihull Cruiser of the Year
  2. Best Import Boat of the Year

That same year, they also won SAIL Magazine’s 2010 “Best Boat” in the Cruising Multihull Category.

The performance-driven Leopard 38 is at the heart of the Leopard line. With her generous sail plan and stepped hull design, this yacht provides excellent performance. On deck, the space is well thought out and usable; from the large transoms to the open and spacious aft, side, and forward decks, getting around this yacht is easy and safe. The hardtop bimini over the cockpit provides superior protection from the elements and also offers a stable working platform.
